Before Christmas I had my carpets cleaned and I just wanted to say that the two men that came did an excellent job.

Last Saturday Andrew Powell came to my home to clean the HVAC vent and to stretch my carpet. He did a thorough job of checking the location of the vents and explaining to me how he would proceed with the jobs. I then asked if he could clean my dryer vent and he assured me he could and would do so while he was there.

I was very impressed with his professionalism, his willingness to answer all my questions, and his assurance that he would be able to clean the dryer vent ever though I had not previously requested this service. He took great care in the cleaning of the vents and in making sure that the carpet was stretched tight enough to eliminate all signs of the roll that had been there. This was my first contact with your company, but i definitely will call you again when I need service. Mr. Powell is a wonderful representative of your company, I feel very fortunate to have had an opportunity to meet him.
